Swizore Resort

Nestled in the serene village of Kaftoun in North Lebanon, our journey led us to Swizore Resort, a hidden gem that offers the perfect blend of nature and relaxation. The moment we arrived, we were greeted by the tranquil ambiance of this secluded retreat, surrounded by greenery and the calming sound of the nearby Walnut River.

Our stay at Swizore was nothing short of luxurious. We had a private villa all to ourselves, complete with our own pool. The villa was beautifully designed, cozy yet spacious, with a stunning view of the surrounding landscape. The private pool became our haven for the next few days—perfect for a refreshing dip after a day of exploring. We’d spend hours lounging by the pool, soaking up the sun, completely detached from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

The villa itself had all the comforts we needed. From a fully equipped kitchen to a cozy living room and multiple bedrooms, it was the ideal place to unwind after our adventures. One of the most magical moments was waking up to the crisp morning air, stepping out to the private backyard, and enjoying our coffee with the view of the lush mountains and the sound of birds chirping in the distance.

Exploring the resort further, we found horse-back riding trails and cozy bungalows scattered across the property. The resort had a charming, rustic feel that made it feel like a true escape into nature. The sense of peace here was unmatched—Kaftoun truly lived up to its name, meaning "sculpted from" in Aramaic, as the entire area seemed carved from tranquility itself.

Every evening, as the sun set, the poolside became our favorite spot, with the golden light reflecting off the water and the surrounding hills casting a gentle shadow. It felt as though time had slowed down, giving us a chance to fully immerse ourselves in the peaceful ambiance that Swizore and Kaftoun had to offer.
